STARVING; is that how YOU get lean?
So many females that I speak to, tell me that when they are trying to lose weight, they starve themselves! Whether you are trying to lean, tone, cut a few pounds, add muscle, run faster, jump higher….STARVING is not that answer!
Food is your fuel, without food you couldn’t survive! Believe me…I have tried eating much less than my body requires, and that’s when I got my worst results ever! I was always way too tired to do cardio or workout, my muscles looked flat and not fool, and it took much longer to get leaner! In my best pictures, I was eating the most I have ever eaten…of course I follow a nutrition plan, and tweak it every so often, BUT I never starve myself of food! A few tips for eating…
1.EAT BREAKFAST
2. EAT EVERY 2-3 HOURS
3. EAT A VARIETY OF FOODS AND CONSUME PROPER NUTRIENTS(CARBS, PROTEIN, FATS, VEGETABLES, FIBRE)
4.HAVE A PROPER CALORIC INTAKE
5. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
Follow these 5 steps, and I can assure you you will have an improved well-being, and physique! DONT EVER STARVE, BELIEVE ME ASK ANYBODY WHO HAS DONE IT, AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT NOTHING GOOD COMES OF IT. Not to mention it is very unhealthy for your organs, metabolism, and well-being!
